Login Issues

Please read through these notes to solve login problems:

Before you begin- You must login with an EMAIL ADDRESS and password. The old usernames will not work for login. If you do not know the email address for your account, send your username to support@tytnetwork.com, and we’ll send back your email address.If you  login  using the email and password you used previously on  tytnetwork.com, your existing credentials and subscription status should be recognized. . If you do not know the email address for your account, send your username to support@tytnetwork.com, and we’ll send back your email address.

Forgot Password

If you are using the correct email address for your TYT account, but you can’t login or you forgot your password, you can reset the password using the link on the login widget.

Able to login, but not recognizing my subscription

If you login to the website, but it’s not recognizing your membership access, it means you logged in (or incidentally created a new account) with credentials that are not associated with your existing TYT subscription. If you used the social sign-in options (Facebook/Twitter/Google), then it means the email associated with those social accounts does not match the email address that is associated with your subscription on TYT.

NOTE: For existing subscribers, Twitter will not work, because it does not come across with an email address. If you logged in with Twitter, please logout and try again with the email address.

I don't know the email address that is on file with TYT for my subscription.

If you don't know the email address that is associated with your subscription, then we'll need to try and recover it based on information you can provide. Please send any information you have about your TYT subscription that you have (email address, username, your name) to  support@tytnetwork.com and we'll follow up with further assistence.

Still not working?

If none of the above applies or still don't work, we apologize, that's really frusterating. Please be patient with us as we work through this. The next steps will be for us to dig into your particular case - please send any details about your subscription (email/username/your name) that we can use to help troubleshoot, and sent to  support@tytnetwork.com
